The Culture Design Journey

Helps you design the right conditions (or experience) for yourself and others, craft new/better roles in the changing landscape of higher education, and launch projects and ideas that change things for the better.


The Culture Design Accelerator is rooted in the People First framework. This framework is about role and experience design that can drive new beliefs and encourage new behaviors. These lead to greater results like:

  • A culture that is safe and innovative and makes employees want to stay

  • Intellectually and emotionally engaged teams

  • Team members working in their gifted areas who flourish

  • Strategic execution that drives healthy results

Think of this as a roadmap and process to help you empower people, recognize talents, clearly define roles, trust people with responsibility, and hold them accountable. 

The Culture Design journey will help you develop the mindsets and behaviors that promote the health and growth of all key parties in higher education impact: the leader, the team, and the institution.

At its core, this process is about creating a virtuous cycle of learning that develops people at every level so that all of us in higher ed can not just cope with change, but grow with it.
